Nidir - Owner/Head Engineer
It all started when I was 12 years old - I got a Maschine MK2 and the rest was history. After years of producing and recording my friends in my bedroom, I began seeking out professional engineering opportunities. After tons of rejections, I eventually landed my first engineering internship at Mt. Moon Recording. After 2 years of interning, I became head co-engineer. When the owner of Mt. Moon moved his studio, I took over this space, and Mothership Recording was born!

Danny - Engineer
From sneaking into Montclair University classrooms to jam with his former bandmates to gaining experience recording local solo artists in his hometown, Elizabeth, New Jersey. Daniel “dxrari” Alejandro has marked up his musical foundation from as early as participating in Middle School bands to honing in on learning primary instruments all throughout the pandemic & made his way up in the scene with the amplitude of performances with his Alt/R&B band “The Nite Shift”. Working on solo collaborations with acts like, LENA, Ibn-Ali, Jay Das, has been defining the eclecticism in his music production. Capturing the essence of acts such as, The Internet, The Black Keys, Red Hot Chili Peppers, N.E.R.D, Kanye West & more.. Dxrari is more than equipped to bring any of your musical desires come to life!

Ray - Engineer
Ray is a producer/composer who got his start making music at the age of 13 with boom bap beats, to learning guitar and eventually composing music in the classical realm. A great collaborator, having worked with many singer/song writers, he finds the best in an artist and works to really make them shine. He has been involved in many bands that range from indie rock, djent, progressive rock and funk. He draws many influences to create something interesting.
Ray got his start recording local rappers and bands in his basement throughout high school. He then moved on to a complete analog setup utilizing tape machines such as Tascam 388 and 424 hardware efx, and brought that know-how to the digital domain. To capture your best performance is his goal matched with attention to detail, he’ll make your music come alive
